Dr. Nawrooz Putris was born and raised in Macomb, Michigan. She went to Henry Ford II High School and then went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Detroit Mercy as part of their Accelerated Seven Year Dental Program. She considers Detroit home and is proud to provide care to the community that shaped her.

Dr. Putris is committed to providing comprehensive dental care and has a strong interest in Invisalign® clear aligner therapy, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, endodontic treatment, and oral surgery. She has completed extensive Invisalign training through Dr. Galler and the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA), as well as advanced training in endodontics, including coursework with Dr. Buchanan, allowing her to offer efficient, modern treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Putris takes pride in getting to know her patients and believes that trust and education are essential to successful dental care. Her goal is to provide high-quality dentistry while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment experience. She believes that oral health is closely connected to overall health and approaches each patient’s care with this philosophy in mind, focusing on long-term function, health, and aesthetics.

Outside of the office, Dr. Putris enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and discovering new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie.
